Launch Unique Training Program

Trauma relief movement program

Move Forward, an organization dedicated to promoting mental health through dance and movement, has announced that they are launching a new training program for Hidden Girls. The program is aimed at 200 girls in 8 shelters in Rotterdam and will start in mid-June 2023.

The training program will focus on improving the girls’ mental health through dance and movement. The girls will be trained in different dance styles and will learn how to express their emotions through movement. The program is unique in that it takes into account the specific needs of Hidden Girls and focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment.

According to Move Forward, the training program is important because it helps girls stay positive and gain confidence in themselves, which is essential for their future. The program will be conducted by professional dance teachers and therapists, and will also provide psychological support.

– “We are excited to launch this program and to help these girls reach their potential and build a positive future,” said the founder of Move Forward Nina Schmid. “We are confident that this program will make a difference in their lives and we are proud to be partnering with shelters to make this happen.
